Chance 2 Dance was founded on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to dance, belong and thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances. We are proud to provide a safe, welcoming and affordable environment where children and young people can build confidence, develop lifelong friendships and discover a love for performing.

Proudly supported by the NSW Department of Communities and Justice and funded through the Shalvey Community Centre, Chance 2 Dance is committed to making quality dance education accessible to families within our community. We believe financial circumstances should never prevent a child from experiencing the joy, confidence and sense of belonging that dance can provide. Our goal is to create a place where every child feels valued, supported and inspired to reach their full potential.

As a registered charity, everything we do is centred around creating opportunities for children to shine, both on and off the stage. Through dance, we nurture confidence, resilience, teamwork, creativity and respect, empowering our students with skills that extend far beyond the studio.

We are incredibly honoured to once again be part of In Dance We Unite. After participating in this inspiring event last year, we experienced firsthand the incredible impact that can be made when dance studios unite for something bigger than themselves. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and we are so grateful to once again have the opportunity to be involved.

This year, we are proud to play our part in raising awareness and support for these deserving charities while standing alongside so many talented studios, all united by a shared commitment to giving back. We can't wait to take to the stage, celebrate the power of dance, and show what can be achieved when a community comes together for a meaningful cause.
